WHAT IS IT?
Rotational Transitions (RT) is an exercise programme we have created which will help you improve your ability to rotate. Rotation is a foundational component of athletic movement and without optimum rotation your performance can be compromised. Working on RT1 will vastly improve your mobility , stability, strength and power through all planes of motion.

We are rehabilitation and movement specialists that have worked with dozens of professional athletes and hundreds of active people.
But we have noticed that so many people struggle to rotate and don’t even realize that simple adjustments will have exponential impact in an increased performance, and if you don’t put attention to these positions then you’re running the risk of continuing to struggle and maybe even increasing pain.

Tommy Conway
Tommy is the owner and Director of OneHEALTH Tullamore. Tommy has over 10 years experience in private physiotherapy practice. He recently developed OneHEALTH which includes, Physiotherapy, Pilates, Yoga and Nutrition all under the one roof.
His background is working in sporting settings, he has consulted for GAA teams, professional golfers, professional rugby teams and MMA athletes.
His ability to work with both professional and amateur athletes allows him to see the differences that separates these athletes. Noticing the vast differences between them has helped develop the need for RT1 with Robbie.
Robbie Cannon
Robbie Cannon has over twenty years of experience at the top level of amateur golf winning the Irish Amateur Close in 2018 ,2013 Irish Amateur Open Championship and the 2009 South of Ireland championship at Lahinch Golf Club and representing Ireland on numerous occasions.
He is a highly qualified and experienced Strength and Conditioning coach with a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning and a Bachelors Degree in S + C. He is also a level 3 TPI Certified Golf Fitness Professional. Robbie is Head of Strength and Conditioning for the Tipperary Football squads as well as strength and conditioning coach for the Irish golf Mens and Ladies National Squads.
Robbie specialises working with golfers of all levels including The Open Champion Shane Lowry and other golfers on the PGA Tour, European Tour , Elite Amateurs as well as normal club golfers.
